Affiliate Disclosure
We believe in being straight with you
Some links on SkinCabin are affiliate links. This means that if you click a link and make a purchase, SkinCabin may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go directly to the retailer.
How this affects our recommendations
It doesn’t. Our recommendations are based entirely on whether a product is right for your skin — not on commission rates, brand relationships, or who pays the most. We only recommend products we would genuinely stand behind.
If a cheaper product works just as well as an expensive one, we’ll tell you. If a product has limitations worth knowing about, we’ll say so. Commission plays no part in that.
Which links are affiliate links
Some links on SkinCabin that point to products or retailers are affiliate links. Where we earn a commission, it is through programmes like these. We do not mark every individual link, but if a link takes you to a retailer where you can purchase a product, you can assume it may be an affiliate link unless otherwise stated.
Why we use affiliate links
Affiliate commissions help keep SkinCabin free. They allow us to maintain and grow the knowledge base, improve the AI, and keep producing honest, education-first content — without charging users or accepting sponsored content.
What we will never do
We will never recommend a product because of its commission rate. We will never accept payment to feature or promote a product. We will never let commercial relationships influence what we write or what the AI recommends.
If that ever changes, we’ll tell you.
