This is a good product.
The primary ingredient, salicylic acid, is present at the required concentration to be effective.
Breakouts such as blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and acne occur when old cells, excess oil, dirt, and hair clog pores, which are openings in the skin. Salicylic acid scoops out all the junk in the pores and thus cleans them.
It removes existing black and whiteheads, and regular use prevents the formation of new ones. It can also prevent the formation of pimples and acne.
There are no irritating ingredients such as fragrance, denatured alcohol, or essential oils.
This product is suitable for all skin types but particularly beneficial for oily skin due to its ability to address excess oil.
It does not treat acne. It can only prevent it by clearing unwanted junk from pores.
How to use the product?
First, cleanse your face. Then, apply the product and leave it on for a few minutes. After a few minutes, apply moisturiser.
If you have a hydrating or anti-inflammatory serum, use that first before applying the moisturiser. This product can be drying on the skin, and hence, a serum of this kind helps.
Preferably, use it at night.
** Don’t forget sunscreen the next day (never forget sunscreen).
