Hyphen’s golden hour glow face serum is a good product. It does not specialise in one benefit; it offers two benefits at more minor levels than a specialised serum would offer.

This product predominantly adds hydration to the skin. It also brightens up the skin.

A serum usually specialises in one key benefit- to that end, it has the relevant ingredients in the correct percentages.
This product doesn’t specialise in one key benefit. It offers two benefits at more minor levels than a specialised serum would offer.

Hydration is its main benefit. It has hydrating ingredients that help in the hydration department.

It also brightens the skin because of a few different antioxidants. Antioxidants neutralise free radicals, nasty substances formed on the skin due to exposure to environmental irritants (like bacteria, the sun’s UV rays, etc.). These free radicals damage good cells, giving the skin a dull look. They also cause pigmentation, which further dulls the skin.
Though it has several different antioxidants, they are not at their most effective percentages for a brightening serum.
It has a few antioxidants that will help the skin, but if you expect this serum to help fight your pigmentation, it can’t. It can’t because the antioxidants and anti-pigmentation ingredients are not at their most effective percentages.

Hydrated skin glows. It is soft and plump.
Bright skin also glows. Dullness is reduced.

Product packaging matters. This serum is packaged in a pump-style container, which is an excellent way to package a skincare product.

How to use the product?

Cleanse your face.
Add this serum. Take 2 to 3 drops and pat on the skin.

Then, top it off with this moisturiser.

If you use it in the daytime, finish your routine with a good amount of sunscreen. Sunscreen should always be the topmost layer of skincare.
